It is the first bitter in the world made with wild Apulian savory, a subspecies of the best known mountain savory and hortensis. This species grows only in some areas of Puglia and Basilicata.
It is produced with Verdeca salentina white wine and with a blend of over 60 spices and herbs extracts, among which Elicriso, Santoreggia and Ulivo emerge, which I chose as an expression of my land, Salento.
