Liquore Pineta
Aleppo pine cone liqueur (Pinus Halepensis). Pineta is the first liqueur in the world made from the infusion of small pine cones from the Aleppo pine trees in the Torcito di Cannole Park (Lecce).
Amaro Satiro
It is the first bitter in the world made with wild Apulian savory, a subspecies of the best known mountain savory and hortensis. This species grows only in some areas of Puglia and Basilicata.
Vermouth Mita
It is produced with Verdeca salentina white wine and with a blend of over 60 spices and herbs extracts, among which Elicriso, Santoreggia and Ulivo emerge, which I chose as an expression of my land, Salento.
